Sygnia is looking for a Talented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeping professional with a service approach and ability to be precise, collaborative and team player while working in a fast-pace dynamic environment, reporting to the Accountant Manager. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Issuing invoices to customers in accordance with contracts and delivery     terms.
  • Monitor incoming payments and responsibility of timely collection.
  • Banks reconciliation.
  • Prepare aging reports and follow up overdue accounts.
  • Fixed Assets. 
  • Credit cards and PayEm adjustments and reconciliation.
  • Maintain records and all financial transactions on a global level.  
  • Participate as a key member of the month-end close and bring the books to       the trial balance stage: preparation of the trial balance, accruals, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and other provisions required for the company's consolidated monthly financial close.
  • Provide information to external auditors as part of the audit process. 
  • Support the accounting department with ad hoc tasks.  
Requirements
  • Certified Bookkeeper (Level years' experience of bookkeeping in a global tech company
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player; Accurate and with strong attention to details – a Must.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient – a Must.
  • Proficient in English.  
  • Experience working on NetSuite as the bookkeeping system – big advantage.
  • Working with service providers abroad - an advantage.
  • Experience working with tax authorizations (856, VAT act.).
  • Proficient in processing payments, both domestic and international.
  • Follow tasks through to completion and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary. 
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced, hyper-growth environment.
