Systems Analyst - Salesforce Specialist
We're looking for a skilled Systems Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical capabilities to shape and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive system specifications and documentation
- Create detailed ERD diagrams and Use Case documentation
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and document system integration workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems analysis
- Proven experience working with Salesforce
- Strong background in writing detailed system specifications
- Expertise in creating ERD and Use Case documentation
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex systems
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certification or relevant coursework
- Systems Analysis certification or extensive training
- Relevant degree (not mandatory)
