Inspira Technologies is an innovative medical technology company in the Life Support arena. The Company has developed a breakthrough Augmented Respiration Technology (INSPIRA ART), with adaptive blood monitoring and blood oxygenation technology designed to rebalance patient oxygen saturation levels. This technology potentially allows patients to remain awake during treatment while reducing the need for highly invasive, risky, and costly mechanical ventilation systems that require intubation and medically induced coma. Equipped with HYLA real-time continuous blood monitoring technology, the system instantly detects changes in patient conditions, empowering physicians in making informed decisions.
We are seeking a VP of Sales to join our Inspiration
As a VP of Sales, you will be a member of the executive team and a key partner in developing the company's global sales strategy. You will be responsible for building the sales infrastructure from the ground up. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. medical market and be able to leverage that knowledge to build strong relationships with distributors and partners.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Building a Global Distributor Network: Develop and expand a network of distributors in key regions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Marketing Strategy & Sales Support: Create region-specific marketing strategies and sales support systems to drive growth across diverse markets.
- Customer Acquisition & Business Development: Identify and cultivate high-value, serious customers globally, generating substantial business opportunities and contracts.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead high-level negotiations with key customers and partners, ensuring that terms and conditions align with company goals. Work closely with legal and finance teams to review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Significant experience in sales within a medical device company.
- Previous experience working with distributors and relevant medical institutions in the U.S.
- Proven ability to manage negotiations from proposal to contract signature.
- Experience managing distribution partners and external collaborators teams.
- Strong drive for success, with a proven track record of achieving goals and a competitive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Ability to deliver presentations to both groups and individuals.
- Willingness to travel frequently abroad.
