We're growing rapidly and seeking a driven
Account Manager

to join our sales team and be part of our journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and own a portfolio of inbound & Outbound leads who signed up through our outreach campaigns or inbound funnel.
  • Run the full sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market deals (up to $4K ACV) with a fast turnaround.
  • Guide prospects through the value of Peech, present pricing, and close new customers.
  • Respond quickly to inbound requests and convert interest into revenue.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets with an average deal size of $4K.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting.
  • Directly answering to the VP of Sales.

What we're looking for

  • Hunter mentality, you thrive on closing deals and don't rest until you've hit your number.
  • Sales experience – ideally 2+ years in B2B tech sales as SDR or Account Manager. We're also open to lower experience if you have a strong track record in other fields.
  • Strong self-management skills: You should own your pipeline while being coachable and open to feedback.
  • Native-level English, both spoken and written - MUST.
  • High energy, resilient, and motivated by earning potential and growth in sales.
  • Strong Advantage: background or familiarity with the marketing industry.
  • Willingness to work from our Israeli offices in Raanana (next to the train station).
  • Flexibility regarding working hours in relation to US customers.
