abra's growing SAP sales team is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of our SAP outsourcing services and projects.

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of our SAP outsourcing services and projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving complex sales cycles from end to end

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with strategic enterprise clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical and professional teams to ensure we deliver the best possible solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in selling outsourcing services or technology projects. A significant advantage will be given to candidates with experience in SAP / CRM-related projects.
  • Familiarity with both public and private sector organizations, especially SAP Customers
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and a sales-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and an existing network within the enterprise space.
