Salesforce Administrator (2+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce platform configurations, including workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and reports

  • Lead system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to improve business processes and user experience

  • Create and maintain automated workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline operations

  • Design and generate complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making

  • Provide user training and support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features

  • Manage user roles, security settings, and permission sets

  • Ensure data quality and maintain data integrity across the platform

Required Skills & Experience:

- at least 2 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator\Consultant

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification - an advantage

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Proficiency in creating workflows, process builders, and flow automation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience with data migration and integration tools
