The Role

Head of Marketing at GlobalDots is a leadership role within the Marketing department.

Your key goal:
Shape marketing and brand strategies, then translate strategy into campaigns and projects that actually move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Craft and oversee the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic growth goals
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to amplify lead generation and sales conversions

Sales & ABM Partnership

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to strategize and design initiatives and campaigns supporting ABM-motions
  • Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, supporting company-wide growth and winning key targeted accounts

Partner Ecosystem Marketing

  • Build and enhance marketing collaborations with GlobalDots' vast 80+ partner ecosystem
  • Leverage our partner network to support creative and GTM motions that create mutual value

Brand & Positioning

  • Refine our brand positioning and messaging throughout all touchpoints with our target audience (website, social media, email)
  • Elevate our market presence, enhance brand recognition, and sharpen our positioning against competitors

Performance & Operations

  • Analyze and track marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and meet KPIs
  • Develop and optimize marketing processes and playbooks to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and speed to market

What We're Looking For

A passionate and experienced marketing generalist who:

  • Has a solid understanding of the Cloud/Security business, buyers, and challenges
  • Craves variety and complexity over repetitive optimization
  • Proven track record of driving multi-party collaborations between sales, marketing, and partnerships, into one joint goal.
  • Values craftsmanship - knows the difference between "done" and "done well"
  • Isn't afraid to challenge conventional B2B marketing wisdom.
  • Two to three years of experience in Marketing or Growth roles
  • Experience in a Cloud, Security, or FinOps company.
