For a global real estate company, we are looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide support, guidance, and training to end-users on our core organizational systems, such as Priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and high-quality service to users of information systems and ERP systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex application issues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Analyze recurring requests, identify systemic failures, and provide insights to improve the user experience.
  • Guide users through new workflows, including one-on-one and group training sessions.
  • Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials.
  • Work with development, infrastructure, and external vendor teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Participate in organizational projects, including implementing new modules, conducting pilots, and integrating new business processes.
  • Contribute directly to improving user satisfaction and the IT department's SLA metrics.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in application/information systems support is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of the
    Priority
    system is a must.
  • Strong ability to analyze support tickets and understand complex business processes.
  • Proven ability to write and present procedures/guides for users.
  • Good level of English (reading and writing) is a must.
