Position Overview:

We seek a Technical Support Specialist to join our team for an exciting and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1/2/3 technical support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver client support services for international clients using our SaaS & AI platforms.
  • Offer technical assistance to clients and employees across various projects.
  • Monitor and operate processes within our AWS-based platform
  • Work with industry-leading tools, including Elasticsearch, Grafana, AI tools, Salesforce, Linux, MongoDB, PagerDuty, and more
  • Opportunity to grow in a flexible environment, taking on advanced Tier 3.5 and Tier 4 development tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, either working with international clients or technological military expertise
  • Technical orientation and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Linux, and PC troubleshooting
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as the job involves global client communication
  • Availability to work shifts, including day, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays
  • Fast learner, able to adapt to changes and new technologies quickly
  • Strong team player
