Customer Support Specialist - 100% Remote

As a Customer Support, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services.

Who Are We?

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses.

We are working 100% remotely.

Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing technical support
  • Handling incoming technical inquiries, diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and delivering professional, fast, and effective service based on real-time customer needs.
  • Proactive strategic support
  • Conducting outbound interactions with customers to optimize their use of the platform, identify growth opportunities, increase engagement, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Initial integration & onboarding for new clients
  • Leading the first stage of client integration, including initial system setup, configuration to meet specific business needs, and full guidance throughout the implementation process to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, new client integration and system implementation.
  • Experience working with Webhooks, API integrations, and business automation tools such as Zapier or Make-
    Must.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify customer needs to increase engagement and maximize product value.
  • Experience working at a SaaS company- an advantage.
