As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the voice of our brand, the first point of contact for our valued customers across European and Israeli markets. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of proven experience in Customer Service (essential).

* Fluent English (mandatory), Hebrew a plus

* Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms (a definite advantage).

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – you're a natural at connecting with people.

* A genuine passion for providing outstanding service and building lasting customer relationships.

* The ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
