A leading industrial company is seeking a Help Desk Tier 2 Technician with proven experience.

The role includes:

  • Providing technical support to company employees – remotely and on-site
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Working with Active Directory, Windows, and Office 365
  • Maintaining IT infrastructure and documenting tickets in the system

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position – mandatory
