  • ליווי תהליך פיתוח מערכת Dynamics הנבנית כיום – אפיון תהליכים מול לקוחות, אישור אפיונים טכניים מול צוות הפיתוח, ביצוע בדיקות (QA), והדרכת משתמשים.
  • אחריות על תחזוקה שוטפת לאחר העלייה לאוויר: טיפול בתקלות, קבלת דרישות שיפור, כתיבת אפיונים לדרישות חדשות ויישומן מול צוותי הפיתוח.
  • ביצוע ביקורות תקופתיות לווידוא שלמות ועדכניות המידע במערכת (תיקי לקוח כפולים, חוסרים, או הזנת נתונים שגויה).
  • גישור בין צרכי המשתמשים לבין יכולות טכנולוגיות, כולל תרגום דרישות עסקיות למסמכי אפיון.
  • עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי פיתוח, אנשי QA ומשתמשים מכלל המחלקות.
  • אחריות להובלת פיתוח מוצרים חדשים בחברה- כולל אפיון, הטמעה ובקרה.

  • תואר ראשון רלוונטי- מערכות מידע/ תעשייה וניהול/ תחום פיננסי.
  • ניסיון בתחום האפיון / הטמעה / PMO של חצי שנה לפחות.
  • היכרות עם מערכות מידע – יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות CRM- יתרון משמעותי.
  • שליטה ביישומי Office, בדגש על Excel מתקדם.
  • שליטה בכלי BPMN לתיעוד תהליכים עסקיים – יתרון.
  • היכרות עם מערכת Dynamics- יתרון.
