Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordination of meetings and complex logistics
  • Handle documents and correspondence; organize international travel and visa arrangements.
  • Maintain Excel reports and oversee a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, assist with projects, and provide support to team members.

Full-time, in-office position — Tel Aviv

Sunday–Thursday | 9:00–18:00

Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience – mandatory
  • Good level of English – mandatory
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Excel – mandatory
