We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented Office Manager & Operations Specialist to provide essential temporary coverage during a maternity leave period. This pivotal role is the heart of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external service providers, and building management, including leading logistic negotiations.
  • Proactively monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and avoiding shortages.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, general office maintenance requests, and manage meeting and booking logistics.
  • Supporting internal company events and social activities as a member of the Operations & Employee Experience Team.
  • Maintain and manage various records and documentation.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in operational management in an office environment or similar settings - MUST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew, with a service-oriented approach - MUST.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working well under pressure.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and other relevant office management software.
