About The Position:
As an Office Manager, you will play an incredibly important role in setting up and maintaining the new Tel-Aviv office of our fast-growing company.
In this position, you will be working closely with the company's offshores accounting, legal, HR teams and managing all site administration.
What will you do:
- Be responsible for office maintenance, purchasing office equipment and supplies, and supporting logistics on-demand (IT, kitchen, etc.)
- Plan and operate welfare activities such as happy hours, team events, and office celebrations
- Handle HR administration – work closely with our offshore HR team and manage employee onboarding/offboarding
- Manage vendors and service providers – act as the point of contact, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships
- Support payroll operations – coordinate with the payroll accounting service
- Manage office expenses budgets - accounting with petty cash and credit card reports, invoice payments and procurement
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and requests as they arise
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager in a startup environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Independent, fast thinker, problem solver, and results-driven personality

based
entirely from the office
with a seat at reception.
