Data Analyst (Medical Industry)

General Description:

Our company, operating in the medical device industry, is seeking an experienced
Data Analyst
with strong analytical skills and business-oriented thinking to join our dynamic and professional team. In this role, you will work with
Microsoft BI tools
and provide critical insights that will contribute to improving manufacturing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from manufacturing, quality, operations, and HR domains to improve processes and controls.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using
    Power BI
    and other Microsoft BI tools.
  • Support Quality and Regulatory teams through analysis of trends, deviations, and monitoring reports.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for project management, budget control, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and reliability across organizational systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or medical company.
  • Expertise in
    Microsoft BI tools
    : Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS.
  • Strong command of
    SQL
    , including the ability to write complex queries.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Excel
    , including advanced functions and Power Query.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deep understanding of organizational and regulatory processes.
  • High-level English (reading, writing, and presenting findings).

  • Familiarity with

    and experience supporting quality control processes.
