The role:

We're growing our data team and looking for an experienced Data Analyst to turn user behavior into clear, actionable insights. You'll define our analytics strategy, surface trends, and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize onboarding, engagement, retention, and revenue across our mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Define & implement analytics collection (event taxonomy, tracking specs) for our mobile apps using Amplitude (or similar).
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, and behavior trends; identify opportunities and diagnose issues across the user journey.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B) to improve onboarding, paywalls, pricing, notifications, and feature usage.
  • Build dashboards & reports for self-serve visibility (weekly/monthly business reviews, KPI ownership).
  • Translate data to decisions—present clear narratives and recommendations that influence the roadmap.
  • Guard data quality - documentation, QA of events, anomaly monitoring; partner with data engineering when needed.
  • Manage multiple streams end-to-end and collaborate tightly with cross-functional squads.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years as a Product/Business/Data Analyst (consumer/mobile preferred).
  • SQL proficiency and strong Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on with Amplitude or similar product analytics (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication- able to tell a clear story with data.
  • Comfortable working independently and prioritizing across stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Python for analysis/automation; familiarity with Airflow and dbt.
  • Experience with mobile subscription analytics (conversion, churn, LTV, ARPU).
  • Experimentation/statistics know-how.
  • Personal interest/understanding of strength training.
