Over the past year, our India R&D team in Pune has been growing fast – and now we're looking for Associate Full Stack Developers who are eager to learn, grow, and build innovative fintech solutions with us.

 Your Role: Full Stack Developer:

• Tech Stack: 80% Backend (NestJS/TypeScript) | 20% Frontend (React)
• Location: WeWork Baner, Pune.
• Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 10 AM – 7 PM

 What You'll Do:

• Assist in building and maintaining web applications using NestJS and React.
• Write clean and maintainable code with guidance from senior developers.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs as part of the development process.
• Learn and apply best practices in coding, architecture, and testing.
• Collaborate with teammates and product managers on new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.

Ideal Candidate:

• B.E/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience with NodeJS/TypeScript server-side technologies, preferably, NestJS.
• 1+ years' experience with frontend technologies: React/Angular/VueJS.
• Proven experience with high scale data processing pipeline.
• Strong experience with database systems.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems using microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka & Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, AWS is preferred.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Self-motivated with good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other developers and product managers.
• Experience developing and supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered as-a- Service (SaaS).
• Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Deep experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe software development methodologies. 
• Excellent Team integration skills & work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment & must be a 'team player'.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period will be preferred.
