BTB is expanding its presence and looking for talented developers to join our new offices in Pune, Maharashtra.

What will you be doing?

  • Participate in the full system lifecycle from solution design, development and implementation, and production systems maintenance.
  • Design and implement scalable front end infrastructure.
  • Build complex yet intuitive user flows that will make the product fun and easy to use.
  • Participate in the development of new features and products.
  • Grow with the company to build a frontend group that can scale.
  • Work on new initiatives and new growth engines for the company.
  • Continuously learn and improve our process, tools, and services.

Full-time Position in the Office: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

You'd be a great fit if you have:

  • B.E/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience with B2C Web Applications.
  • 7+ years' experience with React.
  • Have vast experience working with Typescript, Project build tools (webpack, vite, etc..).
  • Have a strong sense of UX and how users think, and a passion for developing an incredible user experience.
  • Infrastructure oriented, familiarity with architecture methodologies and system design.
  • Proven experience with high scale data processing pipeline.
  • Strong experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure, AWS is preferred.
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other developers and product managers.
  • Experience developing and supporting hosted and/or multi-tenant software delivered as-a- Service (SaaS). 
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. 
  • Deep experience with Agile/SCRUM/SAFe software development methodologies. 
  • Excellent Team integration skills & work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment & must be a 'team player'.
