יצירת קשרים מקצועיים ושיתופי פעולה עם גורמים בתוך הממשל ומחוצה לו והובלת עבודה מתמשכת איתם לאורך זמן

קריאה וניתוח של חומרים בעברית ואנגלית מקצועית וניסוח מסקנות ברמה גבוהה, כחלק מהשוואה ולמידה בינלאומית

עיבוד נתונים ותרגומם לתוצרים מגוונים – דוחות, מצגות, ויזואליזציות ותוצרי מדיה נוספים – תוך שימוש בכלי עבודה ואפליקציות מגוונים

דרישות התפקיד:

נסיון בשליפת נתונים מתוך מסדי נתונים גדולים והפיכתם מנתונים גולמיים למידע שימושי, לרבות תובנות המסייעות לקבלת החלטות

ניסיון ב Python ,SQL וכלי BI מובנים

ניסון בהול נתונים כולל יצירה, עדכון ומחיקה. זיהוי, ניתוח ואיתור מגמות במסדי נתונים גדולים באמצעות שיטות סטטיסטיות מורכבות

ניסיון בגיבוש המלצות ותובנות בנוגע למוצרים ולתהליכים במשרד, לרבות העברתם לאנשי המוצר והפיתוח

ניסיון בביצוע מחקרים שוקיים, עסקיים או אסטרטגיים, יכולת איסוף נתונים איכותניים וכמותיים ממקורות מגוונים (סקרים, ראיונות, דאטה ציבורי, מאגרי מידע)

ניסון בהצגת נתונים Data Storytelling וניהול תהליכי מחקר מקצה לקצה (תכנון, איסוף נתונים, ניתוח, הפקה והצגה)

כישורי כתיבה אנליטית והצגת ממצאים בצורה בהירה וממוקדת
