Your Role:
- Engage clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
- Educate clients on products and services, offering tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support for seamless client experiences
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance service
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year experience in sales roles.
- Fluent in English or French, Italian, German, Spanish , Portuguese (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust with diverse clients
- Proven track record meeting retention KPIs in fast-paced settings
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficient in CRM systems & Microsoft Office
