We're looking for a growth marketing leader to architect and execute our complete inbound engine—from first touch to qualified pipeline—driving predictable, scalable growth through data-obsessed optimization and creative excellence. This role demands a rare combination: a strategic thinker who can build the roadmap, a hands-on operator who thrives in the metrics, and an inspiring leader who elevates a cross-functional team spanning paid acquisition, content, design, and social media to deliver breakthrough results.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute our complete inbound strategy from first touch to MQL across paid acquisition, content, SEO, social, design, and website optimization.
  • Build scalable systems that turn marketing spend into predictable pipeline.
  • Foster a culture where data drives decisions, experimentation is constant, and performance improvement is relentless.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product positioning and MSP buyer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to optimize MQL definitions, lead handoff, and track through closed-won.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to the CMO and executive team with recommendations that drive results.
  • Manage budget strategically, allocating resources to highest-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven success building and scaling inbound programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, content, SEO) with strong ROI.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps).
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition strategy and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills—you live in dashboards, love A/B testing, and make decisions based on data, not gut feel.
  • Experience managing a yearly marketing budget with clear ROI accountability.
  • B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
