Senior Director of Engineering
, you will directly lead a powerhouse organization of approximately
70 engineers in Israel
. Your mandate is clear: transform raw data into autonomous action and establish Agentforce as the ultimate intelligence platform, setting a new global standard for marketing performance.

Your Impact
As the
Senior Director of Engineering
, you will
lead the Agentic AI revolution
within our core platform. Your primary mission is to ensure our intelligence platform is ready to power the next generation of AI agents, driving the paradigm shift from one-way campaigns to
real-time, two-way conversations
that maximize customer lifetime value.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Pioneer Agentic AI: Define the engineering vision and architecture for our autonomous AI agents, ensuring they can ingest unified marketing data, execute complex attribution, and optimize campaign spending in real-time.
  • Scale the Data Core: Own the design, operation, and reliability of our massively scalable, distributed data platform. Ensure seamless ingestion and processing of billions of data points from 170+ sources to build the trusted foundation for all AI initiatives.
  • Lead a Global R&D Team (70+): Lead and mentor an organization of approximately 70 engineers and managers globally. Cultivate a high-velocity culture defined by technical excellence, ownership, and career growth.
  • Drive Executive Influence: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architects, and global leadership to translate market demands into shipping code that delivers measurable business transformation for our customers.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of intense experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a Director or Senior Director role leading large-scale, enterprise-level R&D organizations.
  • Proven experience managing an organization of 50+ engineers across multiple teams, including successfully mentoring and growing other leaders.
  • Deep technical mastery in Data Engineering, Marketing Technology, Analytics, or massive-scale SaaS platforms.
  • Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining complex AI/ML products that operate 24x7. You must understand the architectural demands of the shift to Agentic AI.
  • Mastery of professional software engineering best practices, operational excellence, and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills—you can articulate a complex technical strategy to any audience.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Requirements

  • Direct experience with cross-channel attribution, campaign optimization, and media platforms.
  • Prior hands-on experience or significant leadership exposure to Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and MLOps in a high-velocity, production environment, ideally within the Agentforce 360 architecture.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures and modern data lake/warehouse technologies.
