Maintenance Manager – Rotem Site, ICL Group

The Maintenance Department at the Enrichment Plant is seeking a professional and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a diverse team in a critical and impactful area at the heart of industrial operations.

The department is responsible for the ongoing management and operation of production facilities, with a strong emphasis on safety, availability, and budget compliance.

We combine engineering expertise, high professionalism, and a constant drive for innovation and continuous improvement.

This is a challenging and dynamic role at the core of production activity, offering a real opportunity to influence and lead significant changes within the plant's engineering infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing the maintenance operations of an industrial chemical facility, including oversight of engineers, supervisors, and on-site technical staff.
  • Leading annual maintenance plans with a focus on preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Planning, managing, and monitoring the maintenance budget.
  • Handling recurring breakdowns and leading complex maintenance and refurbishment projects.
  • Promoting operational innovation and implementing improvements in systems and processes.
  • Managing planned production shutdowns in collaboration with engineering, operations, and project teams.
  • Balancing office work with a strong presence in the field.
  • Managing internal and external interfaces as part of day-to-day operations.

What Are We Looking For?

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering –

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a maintenance team (preferably in an industrial/chemical environment).
  • Proven experience in managing production and engineering operations.
  • Strong technical and engineering analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work variable hours.
