We're Hiring: Experienced Automation Developer (Python | Pytest)

Join a highly skilled Automation team working in one of the most exciting, complex, and technology-rich environments in the industry.

If you're passionate about building robust automation infrastructure, working with real hardware, simulators, and multi-component systems — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Develop automated tests in Python using
    Pytest
  • Extend and enhance existing automation frameworks
  • Build abstraction layers, fixtures, utilities, and reusable components
  • Work with
    hardware, simulators, communication protocols, and embedded systems
  • Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Work hands-on with
    Jenkins
    and CI/CD pipelines
  • Analyze failures, logs, and complex system behaviors

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on automation development in Python
  • Strong experience with
    Pytest
    , modern test structure, fixtures, and parametrization
  • Experience working with
    JSON/YAML
  • Ability to work in
    complex, multi-component system environments
  • Clean, modular coding style and familiarity with relevant
    Design Patterns

Advantages

  • Experience with
    Docker / Kubernetes
  • Background in
    hardware or real-time systems
  • Knowledge of
    Java
    or
    .NET
  • Jenkins expertise at the infrastructure level
  • Defense industry
    experience – a significant advantage
