We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to the CEO who will act as a personal project manager across both personal and business domains. The role blends administrative support with direct execution of complex projects: international residency, bank accounts, legal/financial coordination, and personal initiatives tied closely to the CEO's global business life.

The right candidate is not afraid of complexity, bureaucracy, or responsibility. They know how to take ownership, push tasks forward, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. This role requires absolute discretion, maturity, and the ability to handle both business and personal matters seamlessly.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Projects – Manage and execute processes such as international residency applications, property and banking matters, coordination with lawyers and tax advisors, document submissions to authorities.
  • Business-Linked Projects – Support CEO-driven company expansion projects (e.g., setting up foreign entities, handling registrations, following up on cross-border contracts).
  • Operational Follow-Through – Track deadlines, chase stakeholders, and make sure every task is completed to closure.
  • Communication & Coordination – Interface with law firms, accountants, banks, embassies, and service providers worldwide on behalf of the CEO.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Prepare, organize, and track critical documents; deliver clear weekly progress updates to the CEO.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive personal and financial information with absolute trustworthiness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Project Coordinator directly supporting senior executives.
  • Project Execution Skills: Proven ability to independently run complex projects from start to finish.
  • Language: Excellent English (written and spoken) required; Hebrew fluency an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Persistence and resilience – won't let go until the job is done.
  • Able to work across both personal and professional domains without confusion.
  • High comfort working with lawyers, bankers, and officials.
  • Tech-savvy, efficient with digital tools and documentation.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and loya, hands-on doer, low ego, high drive.
