We're seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to take a leading role in developing strategic customer relationships, expanding our presence in the Israeli market, and driving growth across the renewable energy sector.

This position is ideal for a commercially minded professional who combines technical understanding, leadership, and business strategy expertise to build and sustain long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Business Development – Identify and cultivate new opportunities in the renewable and energy storage sectors, driving HYPERSTRONG's growth in Israel and regional markets.
  • Customer Relationship Leadership – Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and long-term satisfaction.
  • Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management – Lead negotiations, oversee complex agreements, and ensure that both commercial and legal aspects align with company strategy and compliance standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with engineering, service, logistics, and legal teams to deliver seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance Ownership – Define and achieve clear sales targets, monitor key metrics, and ensure the successful completion of commercial milestones and payments.
  • Team Mentorship & Development – Support and guide a team of Key Account Managers, set measurable goals, and help them grow professionally and perform at their best.
  • Market Awareness – Track competitors, analyze trends, and share market intelligence to shape future strategies and product positioning.
  • Representation & Networking – Represent HYPERSTRONG at trade fairs, conferences, and professional events, promoting our technology and brand.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B technical sales or renewable energy, with proven success in managing strategic, high-value accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of commercial processes for large-scale technical projects.
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — capable of engaging confidently with C-level clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering – MBA preferred.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
