We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Content & PR Coordinator
to join a team in Northern Tel Aviv. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be the sole point person for driving our public relations strategy and developing compelling content across all platforms. This is a hands-on role for a communications expert with a strong work ethic.

Hybrid Role: Full-time (4 days from office, 1 day Work From Home)

The Role & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our PR and content initiatives:

  • PR Strategy & Execution:
    Define the PR agenda and manage the entire execution process, working closely with our external PR agency.
  • Content Development:
    High-level content writing and editing for all media, including press releases, articles, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and external publications.
  • Spokesperson Prep:
    Prepare and coach internal stakeholders (e.g., academic staff) for media interviews in TV or print, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Communications Messaging:
    Develop core organizational communication messages and ensure their consistent application.
  • Project Management:
    Manage marketing projects related to large-scale publications and campaigns.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    Work closely with the Marketing Manager and social media teams (no staff management required).

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Content Writing Skills
    – Proven ability to write high-quality content for various platforms (social media, press releases).
  • Experience in Public/Academic Sectors:
    Previous professional experience in
    municipalities, public bodies, press secretariats (דוברות), research, account management (תקציבאות) or academia
    is highly preferred.
  • High-Level English Proficiency (written and verbal) - Mandatory.
  • Experience working directly with media outlets and advertising agencies.
  • A "hungry" attitude, high motivation, and project management capabilities.
