We're looking for a highly organized and strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role combines data, process, and strategy—balancing analytical rigor with strong cross-functional execution. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build scalable operating rhythms, support decision-making through data insights, and drive initiatives that accelerate growth.
The role also includes ownership of legal operations and procurement—supporting contract workflows, customer onboarding, and vendor agreements to ensure smooth commercial execution.
what You Will Do
1. Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives (e.g., GTM programs, sales enablement, product-to-market handoffs).
- Build frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams.
- Facilitate planning cadences (quarterly/monthly/weekly), ensuring clear roles, timelines, and deliverables.
- Data-Driven Insights & KPI Ownership
- Define, track, and maintain KPIs/OKRs across the board.
- Analyze business performance data, pipeline health, and operational bottlenecks to guide decision-making.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive updates that turn metrics into actionable insights.
- Operational Excellence & Process Building
- Design and optimize workflows across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Ensure smooth execution of business-critical processes, including procurement, customer onboarding, and contract management.
- Legal & Commercial Operations
- Support the review, coordination, and administration of customer agreements, NDAs, and procurement documents.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to streamline contract workflows and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
- Maintain organized, auditable processes for legal and commercial documentation.
- Strategic Partner to Leadership
- Translate business needs into clear initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide decision support through data analysis, competitive insights, and operational modeling.
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership
Requirements:
What You Will Bring
- 2–4 years in Business Operations, GTM roles, Project Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry (or other technical B2B SaaS) strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working directly with customers and a deep understanding of how operational excellence shapes outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure processes run smoothly from an operational perspective.
- Skilled in data analysis, identifying trends, and presenting insights that drive action (Excel/Google Sheets required; Salesforce/Tableau/Looker/Notion/Jira a plus).
- Strong structured thinking—able to synthesize complex information into clear narratives and processes.
- Excellent communication in English, written and spoken, confident presenting to executives and global teams.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, detail-driven, with strong project management skills.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and energized by connecting the dots across business functions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), or SQL.
- Background in Product Operations, GTM Enablement, or Strategic Operations.
- Background in legal operations (contracts, NDAs, procurement)
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
- Familiarity with global or distributed teams.
