תחומי אחריות:

·      תמיכה מקצועית למטה מחלקת פיתוח פרויקטים – הובלת תהליכי בקרה ותכנון, הפקת דוחות וניתוחים באמצעות BI ותמיכה בקבלת החלטות אסטרטגיות.

·      ליווי מנהלי פרויקטים – ליווי מקצועי בניהול לו"ז הפרויקטים, תקציב ומשימות, כולל שימוש במערכות לניהול פרויקטים (MS Project, Monday) והפקת דו"חות סטטוס.

·      ניהול לוחות זמנים ותקציבים – בנייה וסטנדרטיזציה של מתודולוגיות תכנון ובקרה, תוך שימוש בכלים טכנולוגיים לניטור ובקרה.

·      מעקב ובקרה שוטפת – ניטור סטטוס, עמידה ביעדים וניהול סיכונים, כולל הפקת דוחות תקופתיים ב-BI עבור ההנהלה הבכירה והכנת מצגות.

·      ניהול ידע ומידע – פיתוח ותחזוקת מאגרי מידע וכלי עבודה פרויקטליים, והטמעת שיטות עבודה לשיפור מתמיד.

·      תיאום רוחבי בארגון – עבודה שוטפת עם גורמים חוצי ארגון (הנדסה, רכש, כספים ועוד) לקידום תהליכים ויעדים משותפים.

דרישות:

תואר ראשון בהנדסה תעשייה וניהול או כלכלה

שנות ניסיון- 2-3 שנים

עדיפות לניסיון בפרויקטים מטריציונים

שליטה באקסל ובכלי BI

ניסיון במילוי משימות מרובות במקביל ובתנאי לחץ

מוטיבציה גבוהה, יחסי אנוש טובים
