System Engineer to lead the development of advanced motion systems.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in multidisciplinary environments and knows how to take full ownership -from system architecture all the way to production and delivery.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end system development: architecture, design, integration, and handover to production.
  • Manage and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electronics, software, control).
  • Define product requirements and drive the full development lifecycle.
  • Lead verification and validation processes (QUAL, POD).
  • Integrate systems into customer environments and support system-level testing.
  • Develop control algorithms and oversee selection/development of electric motors and encoders.
  • Own system performance, product quality, budget, and schedules.

What You Bring:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in multidisciplinary design and system-level project leadership.
  • Background in control algorithms — strong advantage.
  • M.Sc. in Systems Engineering — advantage.
  • Technical understanding of electronics, software, and measurement tools; MATLAB/LabVIEW experience — advantage.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams — advantage.
