Job Description:

Groundwork BioAg, located in Mazor, Israel, is hiring a full-time IT Manager. This is a sole-function role that includes:

  • Handling hardware and software

  • Managing information systems

  • Maintaining the company's websites

  • Providing daily technical support to end-users and management

This is an interesting, creative, and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar field – mandatory

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the industry – mandatory

  • Enforcing organizational work processes and information security protocols

  • Significant advantage: experience with ZOHO systems

  • Knowledge and experience in administering Active Directory and G Suite

  • Managing domains, website hosting, and supporting content managers

  • Maintaining e-commerce systems and payment platforms

  • Advantage: experience in sales processes, CRM, and ERP systems

  • Advantage: knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Proven experience working with databases – mandatory

  • Fluent English (spoken, written, and comprehension) – mandatory

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

  • Willingness to work overtime when required
