תיאור המשרה:

* הנדסת פלטפורמה: תכנון ובנייה של פלטפורמות אורקסטרציה לתהליכי עבודה של AI agents עם תשתיות state management ואמינות מתקדמים.

* פיתוח תשתיות: פיתוח multi- tenant של תשתיות serving של LLM עם ניתוב מודלים חכם ואופטימיזציה של עלויות ברמה ארגונית.

* פיתוח אפליקציות: יצירת אפליקציות LLM חדשניות לשימושים בנקאיים, ניהול מחזור חיים מלא של מוצר- מקונספט ועד ייצור.

* מערכות איטליגנטיות: בנייה של מערכות RAG, עיבוד מסמכים ופתרונות חיפוש מידע.

* ממשקי משתמש: פיתוח chatbots ללקוחות ועובדים, ממשקי קול ומערכות שיח רב שלביות.

דרישות המשרה:

* פיתוח ליבה: לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח Python עם יכולת מוכחת בפיתוח AI agents.

* תשתיות ענן: ניסיון מעשי עם סביבת AWS, בפרט שירותי SageMaker ו- Bedrock.

* פיתוח API: מיומנות הפיתוח וניהול APIים ב- Python בסביבת ייצור באמצעות OpenAI/ Flask.

* טכנולוגיות AI/ML

  • מומחיות מעמיקה ב- LLMs וארכיטקטורות Transformer.

  • ניסיון עם מודלי embedding ותהליכי עבודה של RAG.

  • מיומנות בספריות Deep Learning כמו TensorFlow, PyTorch.

  • היכרות עם מודלים וטכניקות NLP כמו (BERT, TF-IDF וכו').
