Employee Experience Manager

We're looking for an Employee Experience Manager to lead and execute all aspects of the employee journey - from the day-to-day vibe in the office to impactful events, internal rituals, onboarding experiences, and more.
This is a hands-on, independent role, working closely with the Facilities Supervisor.
You'll have full ownership of the domain, helping shape our culture through thoughtful, high-impact experiences — both big and small.

Your Day-to-Day
- Lead employee experience activities A–Z: Happy Hours, team bonding, gifting, and company-wide events
- Build and maintain internal rituals and traditions that reflect our values
- Partner with HR to plan and execute an annual experience roadmap
- Play a key role in the onboarding experience for new hires
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the experience budget, from planning to execution
- Support internal communications that strengthen culture and engagement
- Work side by side with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure the office environment supports our culture
- Be present, approachable, and responsive to employees – with strong service orientation and good judgment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – required
- 4+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in Employee Experience
- Strong project ownership, from planning to flawless execution
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders – from employees to leadership
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent tasks
- Tech-savvy, with experience using AI tools, digital platforms, and internal communication channels
- Background in high-tech – a strong advantage
