Operations, Supply Chain & Administrative Manager / Coordinator (Junior–Mid Level)

Location: Rosh HaAyin (Afek Industrial Park) | Global Startup Environment

Important Note:
This role includes a strong
administrative component
(invoice input, documentation, and operational admin tasks) and is
not suitable for a senior supply chain manager
. It is designed for a hands-on junior–mid level professional who wants to grow within a global startup environment.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Operations, Supply Chain & Administrative Manager / Coordinator
to join a fast-growing global startup. This role combines hands-on responsibility across operations, logistics, supply chain, and administrative management, and is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a central operational role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing workflows and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate daily activities with local and international subcontractors and suppliers
  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure smooth processes
  • Manage logistics and shipping operations, including import/export coordination
  • Support sales operations and manage documentation, contracts, and process tracking
  • Work closely with the finance team on invoice handling, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to global teams

Requirements:

  • B.A. in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain in a global environment – mandatory
  • Hands-on experience with Priority ERP or SAP – mandatory
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High-level proficiency in English (native or near-native)
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly proactive, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
