Event Manager

The opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic Event Manager to join our team and lead the planning and flawless execution of high-impact corporate and sales events. From major trade shows to intimate VIP experiences, you'll bring our brand to life, creating memorable moments that connect with our customers and partners. You'll collaborate across teams, work with top vendors, and see the direct results of your work reflected in company growth and customer engagement.

This is a short term contractor role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of corporate and sales events, including trade show activations, ensuring all experiences align with business objectives and reflect the company's brand values.
• Drive internal and external team meetings, manage timelines, and ensure regular communication of project milestones and updates.
• Oversee event operations and logistics, including vendor coordination, onsite support, and post-event wrap-up.
• Manage and reconcile multiple event budgets, including purchase order creation and approvals in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Support the regional Events Manager with smaller-scale activations such as VIP dinners, networking receptions, and community meetups.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience planning and executing high-impact B2B or B2C events, specifically in-person environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in logistics coordination and event production.
• Project management experience, including scope definition, timeline development, stakeholder communication, and budget tracking.
• Proficiency with virtual event and registration tools such as Splash, Zoom, and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management platforms is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
