Business Development Leader – B2C Futures Trading

Location: Israel (1 day per week in the office) | Focus: European Market & Israel

We are looking for hands-on Business Development Leader to drive the growth of our
B2C trading offerings
, with a strong focus on Futures. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our retail trading products and services — including Futures, CFDs, and other trading instruments — with the goal of increasing client acquisition, retention, and trading volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth of Futures and related
    B2C
    trading products in Europe and Israel.
  • Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Futures trading business.
  • Lead commercial strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across a global matrix organization.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with global financial and regulatory frameworks.
  • Represent the business to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a
    senior leadership role
    within the trading, CFD, Futures, or FinTech space -
    Must
  • B2C
    trading products in Europe and Israel -
    Must
  • Strong knowledge of global
    Futures markets
    , trading platforms (MT5 advantage), and regulatory requirements -
    Must
  • Demonstrated success in
    matrix management
    and leading cross-functional global teams -
    Must
  • Minimum
    5+ years of B2C business development
    experience in FinTech, banking, or trading -
    Must
  • Familiarity with
    CME
    and other global Futures exchanges -
    Must
  • Strong financial literacy, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in launching and scaling trading products across multiple geographies.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working with diverse language markets.
  • Fluent English, verbal and written.
