Machine Operator – Light Rail Track Paving (SLIPFORM)

We are looking for a
Machine Operator
to join a major infrastructure project involving the construction of light rail tracks. This is a hands-on field role operating a specialized paving machine (SLIPFORM) as part of an engineering execution team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a dedicated SLIPFORM paving machine for light rail track construction.
• Work on-site as part of a multidisciplinary engineering and execution team.
• Ensure accurate and safe machine operation, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, surveying, planning, and quality assurance teams throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Technician or Practical Engineer diploma
  – mandatory.
• Previous experience operating industrial or mechanical machinery – an advantage.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding field work in outdoor conditions.
• No prior experience with SLIPFORM required – full training will be provided by the company.
• Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
