Job Description
As a RevOps Manager, you'll play a central role in aligning sales and customer success to optimize revenue processes and drive scalable growth. You'll manage the tools and data that power the funnel, streamline workflows across teams, and provide insights that support strategy and execution. The RevOps manager will ensure efficiency, clarity, and impact across the entire customer journey - from lead generation to retention.

  • Develop and execute a revenue operations strategy in collaboration with leadership
  • Design and implement processes that improve efficiency and alignment across Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Administer and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation and sales tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for cross-functional teams
  • Oversee the lead-to-cash process, including lead scoring, routing and database hygiene
  • Deliver training and enablement to ensure adoption of tools, processes and best practices
  • Generate regular reports on pipeline health, sales performance and customer churn

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations or a business analyst role
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a must
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
  • A strategic and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) - an advantage
