Role Overview

We're looking for a
Competitive Intelligence (CI) Specialist
with a
deep passion for gaming, fintech, and market dynamics
.

This role sits at the heart of Dividandy's strategic insight engine - continuously scanning competitors, markets, and adjacent industries to uncover trends, business models, and opportunities that fuel innovation.

You'll analyze what similar or emerging companies are doing - across product, pricing, features, marketing, and go-to-market - and translate these findings into actionable insights for
management, product, economy, and monetization teams
.

The right candidate is curious, analytical, and excited by the idea of helping shape the future of skill-based gaming through smart, data-driven intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing
    market and competitive analysis
    across gaming, skill games, iGaming, mobile games (P2W), fintech, and adjacent industries.
  • Identify
    new entrants, technologies, and trends
    relevant to Dividandy's business and audience.
  • Deep-dive into
    competitor strategies
  • product features, pricing, messaging, player journeys, marketing, partnerships, and tools.
  • Build and maintain a
    central CI knowledge base
    accessible to cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver
    insight reports and briefs
    for management, product, economy, and monetization teams.
  • Provide
    early alerts
    and strategic recommendations based on evolving market activity.
  • Act as an
    agent of change
    , introducing new perspectives and innovation opportunities drawn from external insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in
    competitive intelligence, strategy research, or market analysis
    , ideally within
    gaming, fintech, or digital consumer industries
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and synthesis skills
  • able to connect dots between data and strategy.
  • Ability to present lots of data in a
    coherent, clear and concise
    way to teams and senior management
  • Familiarity with
    CI tools, market databases, and OSINT sources
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine passion for gaming, fintech, and the evolving intersection between them.
