Product Operations Manager
to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions

What You'll Do

Execute product and business strategies across our websites as part of the Product Operations team, collaborating closely with product, content, and marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product manager to execute the product strategy.
  • Manage a variety of cross-unit projects.
  • Manage and maintain our company's sites using various platforms:
  • Upload, edit, and change content & visual elements
  • Create and maintain user segments and A/B tests on our sites
  • Cooperate with multiple teams such as Product, Business, R&D, Content, and Design
  • Work in an agile team and environment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English – writing and speaking
  • Project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and very organized
  • Can work in a fast-paced & dynamic working environment
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Multi-tasking
  • Basic knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS - advantage
