About the Role

I'm hiring a
part-time Executive Operations Manager
to work directly with me as founder of an early-stage startup. This is a
hybrid role
: managing light startup operations (scheduling, CRM updates, project tracking) while also building and maintaining simple systems to keep my personal commitments and priorities on track.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that key tasks, follow-ups, and commitments are captured, organized, and completed, so I can stay focused on strategy, creative work, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update investor CRM (conversations, statuses, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate contracts, NDAs, and light administrative filings.
  • Manage scheduling and meeting logistics.
  • Keep Notion dashboards and project trackers current.
  • Build and maintain a
    personal tracking system
    for commitments and projects.
  • Track and ensure completion of one or two
    critical commitments each week
    (personal or professional).
  • Deliver a short
    end-of-week report
    : completed tasks, open items, and next priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff (startup/founder-facing roles preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High discretion and professionalism when handling both professional and personal information.
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in lean, early-stage environments.
