We are looking for an accomplished and highly experienced
Legal Counsel
to join our global team.

This role reports directly to both the
CFO of Go Global Travel
and the
General Counsel of Yanolja Cloud (HQ)
. You will be responsible for managing the company's global legal affairs across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with HQ legal standards, and supporting strategic business initiatives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary legal advisor for internal teams (Finance, HR, Product, Sales, Business Development, Compliance).
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
  • Analyze business and legal risks across global affiliates and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel while controlling costs and quality of service.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ Legal to align on policies, standards, and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain standard contract templates.
  • Provide training to employees on compliance with company and HQ policies.
  • Support employment law matters, including drafting contracts and policies.
  • Advise on data privacy, cybersecurity, and tech-related legal issues (including GDPR).
  • Develop dispute resolution strategies and oversee litigation risks.

Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Israel and/or a common law jurisdiction (U.S., UK, Australia, Singapore).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate and commercial law (in-house or at a leading law firm).
  • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts in English.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Extensive experience in international business transactions and cross-border issues.
  • Ability to summarize complex legal and business matters into clear updates for global stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally without restrictions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • U.S. (or other common law) license strongly preferred.
  • Experience in multinational and/or IT-driven environments.
  • Proven track record managing subsidiaries and affiliates as intermediary counsel between local entities and HQ.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets).
  • Significant M&A experience.
  • Experience collaborating with IT, Sales, and Business departments.
  • Commercial mindset with passion for dynamic, growing businesses and new market expansion.
