Windows System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to take full responsibility for the management, maintenance, and operation of Windows-based systems in an enterprise environment.

This role involves handling complex incidents, performing system upgrades, implementing new technologies, and ensuring a high level of availability, security, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full administration and maintenance of Windows servers and endpoints (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022)
  • Centralized Group Policy (GPO) management
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and providing RCA and long-term solutions
  • Writing advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and process optimization
  • Ongoing work with deployment and MDM platforms (SCCM / Intune)
  • Implementation and maintenance of security tools (EDR, Antivirus, etc.)

Requirements:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, advanced technical courses, or relevant military experience –
    mandatory
  • 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator in a large enterprise environment –
    mandatory
  • Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 –
    mandatory
  • Proven experience writing complex PowerShell scripts –
    mandatory
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including RCA –
    mandatory
  • Experience with SCCM / BigFix / Intune –
    significant advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online –
    advantage
  • Experience with VDI environments or MDM systems –
    advantage
  • High level of English

Additional Notes:

  • Availability for urgent support during nights and weekends when needed.
