We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you will support our finance department by providing insightful financial analysis, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive financial performance.

  • full time hybrid position (2 days on site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their financial needs and provide support.
  • Participate in planning and strategy meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics or a related field- Must
  • At least one year of experience in economic/ finance roles
  • Work experience in the consumer goods sector – an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – required
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI – an advantage
  • High-level English – speaking and writing – required
  • Strong analytical skills, curiosity, independence, and ability to manage interfacesTeamwork skills and ability to collaborate with multiple interfaces
