We are a leading company representing international manufacturers in Israel and abroad, looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator
to join our dynamic team.
What you'll do:
Manage daily communication with customers and international suppliers
Handle orders, track shipments, and ensure smooth delivery processes
Provide full support to customer throughout the entire order cycle
Coordinate between internal departments and global partners
Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations
What we're looking for:
Experience in Customer Service or Back Office –
must
High-level English
(spoken and written) –
must
Strong
Excel
and
Microsoft Office
skills
Organized, responsible, and service-oriented personality
Experience with
import/export processes
– strong advantage
Familiarity with
PRIORITY
or
ZOHO CRM
– advantage
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
