Operations Coordinator
to join our development team in Herzliya.

This role combines project and logistics coordination, ensuring the smooth progression of product changes, accurate documentation, and effective management of development-related inventory, shipments, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor and coordinate product development tasks and transitions to production.


• Manage item creation, naming, and ERP updates for new and revised products.


• Oversee engineering change processes (ECRs/ECNs) and maintain documentation and approvals.


• Handle development inventory management, including tracking of samples and shipments to and from suppliers.


• Coordinate international shipments and ensure proper documentation flow with suppliers and freight partners.


• Support invoice handling and administrative follow-up related to the development department.


• Track development budgets and manage project documentation (revisions, versions, logs).


• Liaise with NPI managers to ensure cross-functional communication and operational alignment.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.


• Experience in product development coordination or logistics operations – an advantage.


• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel; familiarity with project management tools.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
