Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter

Description:

  • Manage the full talent acquisition recruitment process from A-Z, handling both Israel and global hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners, providing support and advice at every stage of the process.
  • Develop efficient sourcing tools and methods.
  • Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) daily and take an active role in the transition to a new system.
  • Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including conducting interviews, screening calls, and reliability tests, while strictly adhering to Netafim's hiring processes and procedures.
  • Support and participate in other talent acquisition domains, such as academic partnerships, referrals, internal mobility, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and propose "out-of-the-box" solutions to address crucial and urgent recruitment needs.
  • Maintain and improve the candidate experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team recruiting KPIs.
  • Attend career and academic fairs, and other relevant events.
  • Collaborate with and provide backup and support to other members of the recruitment team.
  • Report directly to and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of technical talent acquisition experience in a large, global organization.
  • BA in human resources or a relevant field; MA is an advantage.
  • Experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience with the full talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and more.
  • Proficiency in the use of social media, headhunting tools, and job boards.
  • Strong understanding of selection methods and techniques, with familiarity of ATS and other HR systems.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively on multiple assignments in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively organize workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and proactiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced, composed, and able to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent English level: verbal, reading, and writing.
