We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team

What will you do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments and roles simultaneously.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, participate in kick-off meetings, and define role requirements.
  • Source, review, and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screening interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, providing guidance and updates to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage recruitment processes for positions both in Israel and abroad, including collaboration with placement agencies.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with different stakeholders across the company.
  • Ensure a smooth, efficient, and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements

What should you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Preferably from a global SaaS company.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a Start-Up environment, handling high-volume recruitment.
  • Proven experience with recruitment tools - ATS (Comeet – a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Strong ability to work with multiple managers and departments simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities, self-motivated and capable of independent work.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Team player with a proactive and "can-do" attitude.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English – Must.
  • BA in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent.
